Some tips to save money on organic food: 1. Buy wh Some tips to save money on organic food:
1. Buy whole chickens. The organic whole chickens are much cheaper than the organic chicken breasts. 2. Buy frozen fruit. Again, you will save a lot of money buying the frozen version of organic fruit. Frozen blueberries work just as well as fresh for smoothies and muffins🫐. Usually, we buy organic romaine lettuce. The store was out today, and no one in my family likes the spring mix.😆 Corn, sugar, and wheat are things I prioritize buying organic because the conventional crops have high amounts of residual glyphosate. Also, any produce on the dirty dozen list I try to buy organic. None of the cheese and butter we purchased are organic. I would love to purchase all our dairy organic, but I’m not quite there yet. Just want to encourage you that non-organic whole foods are still better for you than potato chips and snack cakes! Fewer chemicals, better for your body.
Homemade bread and other baked goods = fewer ingredients, no preservatives, and so satisfying. Learn more here: https://healthyhomehabits.com/4-easy-tips-for-healthy-eating/
